Easter Morning

The whole story highlights the contrast at every turn: Worldly systems, as opposed to the way of Jesus. (How many forms of execution have rulers devised? How many “improvements” in the tools of war?)

And all along - in cold, dark soil - seeds find ways to germinate. They just do. Their strength is infinitely greater because it’s altogether other.
